I had an amazing stay at the hotel, the location of this city is fantastic, with malls nearby. The hotel facilities are impressive, the room was very tidy, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and made my stay worthwhile.

We had an amazing romantic escape and the hotel played a big part in it. The comfortable bed and impeccable room service made our stay very pleasant. The hotel's key location provided us with easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants. the hotel staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. The internet connection in the restaurant area and at the reception was not working properly, which made communication a little difficult.

They speak Russian only, menu is in Russian and they don't accept credit cards when you try to pay at check out.

Far from the city centre, it was difficult to find the hotel even for the taxi drivers, limited and strange breakfast served by the waiter from hand...:-)

Very strange hotel - quite quirky! The hotel was not well advertised as a hotel from the outside and turnstiles at the entrance made us wonder if we had the right place or whether we had wandered in to a sports centre

This cozy hotel has spacious rooms with comfortable beds that provide a peaceful sleep. The hotel's location offers easy access to plenty of shopping malls. The security service is reliable and available throughout your stay.

The breakfast buffet could use some improvement.

Staff is friendly but somtimes a bit annoying. Room is small but comfortable. Hotel restaurant is not expencive, meal is good. Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, about 10 min. walking from nearest metro station.

Too far from station, No good place to live . surrounding the hotel. No store and shopping centre.
